Children ages 2 and under are free 

Children 6 and under receive 60% off

Ages 14 and under receive a 50% discount and

Ages 15 to 16 a 30% discount.

Lürzerhof Information

All of our "comfort" rooms provide plenty of space for a third or fourth person. 

For an adult sleeping in a roll-away bed, we give 10% off the price for the room category in question. 

Single room: for single occupancy of a double room, we charge an additional 30%.

Short-stay surcharge: on stays of less than 3 nights, there is a short-stay surcharge of Euro 5 per person and day.

Pets: are only permitted by expressed prior arrangement. The pet charge is EUR 12 per day.

Deposit: in order to guarantee your reservation, please transfer EUR 300 per room to account No. 08807100282 at Sparkasse Radstadt, branch No. 20404. IBAN - Code: AT 612040408807100282, SWIFT - Code: SBGSAT2S

Payment: cash, EC-Card, Mastercard or Visa. In the event of delayed arrival or last-minute cancelation, we will be obliged to charge you 80% off the projected cost of your stay. In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Contracting Regulations will apply. There is no reimbursement for any meals which a guest does not consume.

Check-In & Check-Out: rooms at the Lürzerhof and apartments at the Gnadenalm are available for check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive after 7 p.m.

Cancelations: In the event of reservation cancelations, your deposit will be forfeited. To avoid potential cancelation penalties, we strongly advise taking out holiday cancelation insurance  for your Austrian winter getaway. In the event of cancelation or premature departure, Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions will apply.
