Room Occupancy
Many of our rooms offer plenty of space for a third or fourth person. For adults sleeping in an extra bed, we grant a 20 % rebate off the standard price for the room category in question.
Single Rooms
If only one guest occupies a double room, we bill a 30 % surcharge.
Local Tourism Taxes
Prices do not include local tourism taxes. Our local tourism tax is currently 2 euros per person and day. Children up to age 15 do not pay local taxes.
Pets
Pets are possible, though only with our expressed prior agreement. The charge per pet is EUR 17 per day.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining rooms, wellness area or garden. Owners are liable for any damage their dog might cause.
Deposits
In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit in the amount of EUR 300 per room to our account: Raiffeisenverband Salzburg, IBAN: AT65 3500 0000 1605 1575, Bic: RVSAAT2S or by credit card.
Payment
Payment in cash, EC-Karte, V-Pay, Diners, MasterCard or Visa.
Check-in & Check-out
Rooms at the Lürzerhof are available for check-in after 2 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. If you expect to arrive after 7 PM, please notify us in advance.
Electric Charging Stations
We are nature-conscious in every aspect of our hotel. That said, we have 8 E-charging stations in our underground garage where you can recharge your car free of charge. Guaranteeing a convenient start to your vacation with us.
Late check-out
You are more than welcome to spend all of your departure day here with us. Use of our wellness area as well as enjoyment of our lunchtime and afternoon buffets is our gift to you. Late check-out incl. continued use of your room is also possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
Cancellations
Special Corona Conditions:
In summer 2020, we have changed our cancellation conditions due to the current situation. If an official travel warning is issued or the border is closed, until 31 September 2020 you may cancel all current and future bookings free of charge up to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
If Covid measures are rescinded and unrestricted travel once again becomes possible, the following are our regular cancellation conditions:
- More than 3 months prior to arrival: free cancellation.
- Between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total cost of the stay.
- Between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total cost of the stay.
- Cancellations received during the final week prior to arrival, premature departure: 90 % of the total cost of the stay.
The deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation. To cover yourself in the event of cancellation, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung AG for your holiday in Austria. Cancellations are handled in compliance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines.
Pricing and Payment Policy
If we inadvertently quote an inaccurate price, we do reserve the right to amend pricing in accordance with our current price lists.
Non-Smoker – Smoker?
As a wellness hotel, please be aware that all our hotel rooms as well as the entire hotel are non-smoking areas. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony, terrace or in our exclusive smoking lounge.

Publication of our new price list automatically voids all prior pricing! Prices and offers are subject to change. Not liable for inadvertent errors or inaccuracies. Bookings are handled in accordance with Austrian hotel contracting statutes.
