Products from our own farm in SalzburgerLand

For good cuisine you need outstanding products. We obtain most of these products from our own farm in Radstadt, SalzburgerLand. The Tauern lamb comes from sheep raised by Gerald Habersatter himself. Our beef, veal and pork also comes mainly from our own farm in Radstadt.

A good day begins with a good breakfast. Homemade jams, farmhouse butter from our own farm, the perfect way to fortify yourself for the exciting day ahead of you. A lavish breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly wish for. During your summer holiday in SalzburgerLand, you are in for a very special treat - once weekly, when the weather permits, we will take breakfast up at our very own Gnadenalm.

Our wine cellar is home to an outstanding wine selection, sure to have something to please your palate no matter what your personal tastes. Our wine list predominantly consists of top-quality wines from more or less well-known Austrian vintners, as well as exceptional vintages from the international wine world. One special highlight at the Lürzerhof is our in-house distillery. The Lürzerhof produces some of the finest spirits and brandies to be found anywhere in SalzburgerLand and beyond. With loving attention and skill, the ripest fruits are used to create very special distillates. Fruits and berries also come from our own farms in Untertauern and Radstadt. Schnapps distilling in SalzburgerLand looks back on a long tradition which, when coupled with modern know-how, produces absolutely wonderful products.
