Gnadenalm Alpine XC Trail

Magical cross-country skiing conditions in Austria await you from the end of November until well after Easter out on the snowy Gnadenalm alpine trail. The Gnadenalm lies at 1300 m above sea level and is located in a beautiful valley basin, a ca. 20 km trail tracked for skating and classic technique. At the Gnadenalm, you will also discover our own Gnadenalm alpine chalet, where our cross-country ski school and XC shop will take the very best care of you.

New: As of winter season 09/10, there is now a test centre for cross-country fans at the Gnadenalm in Obertauern.

Tauernloipe

The Tauernloipe is a 60 km network of cross-country trails, taking you out to Kleinarl and Wagrain via Radstadt and Altenmarkt. Filled with variety, these cross-country trails feature all levels of difficulty and excite pros and rookies alike. Trail access is right next to the hotel. Cross-country skiing in Austria plays a very important role, something which becomes very evident at the annual Tauernlauf XC event held in the Sportwelt Amade.
